There are mainly four types of elements which are placed under this model one is open area, Blind area, hidden area and unknown area. At the first stage, I need to make improvement in my assertiveness skills. With the help of this skill I can manage my message more easily and also able to make communication with other people easily. There are many types of learning skills and online plat from which helps to me for improving my this skill. In which I can learn to improve this skill. For improving this skill I need 1 month. The next skills which I need to make improve is written communication. In this skill I leaned how to writes message more clear and effective . To improve this skill I need to attend classes. In that I can learn to make communication with other people and also I need 2 months to improve this skill. The next skills which I need to improve is active skills. In this skill in learned to way to make my listening power more strong so I can understand others message more clearly and way in which he wants to send the message. The last skills which I need to be improved is oral communication which mainly includes use of different types of techniques to make clear communication. This skill generally includes to make development of eye contact and improve the communication for this I can take classes or talk with other people and receive feedback from them to make improvement of my skills.
